Sunflower Seeds are technically the fruits of the sunflower plant (Helianthus annuus).

Nutritionally similar to sesame seeds, but even higher in protein and phosphorus and much less calcium. High in vitamin D, E & B complex. Gluten-Free.
Here's a tip
It can be eaten raw, added to bread making, vegetable dishes and simply used as toppings. You can also blend different types of nuts and seeds to make a delicious nut and seed milk.
