If you're lactose intolerant, vegan or simply want a dairy-free alternative, use nutritional yeast flakes. We use the one from Radiant which you can find here.
You can whip up a 5 minute mac-no-🧀 sauce, dip or spread with these ingredients:
1 cup FSA cashews (soaked for a few hours)
1/3 - 1/2 cup Radiant's nutritional yeast
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp Radiant's Brittany sea salt & pepper (to taste)
Pinch of paprika & cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 cup water & spritz of lemon if available
The only step required to make this magic sauce is to blend it. Texture of the sauce should be smooth, try to get rid of clumps.
