The Sesame Ginger Noodles will be your new favourite go-to dish. This recipe is bursting with bold ginger flavour, and loaded with veggie goodness from the bok choy.
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1/2 pack natural noodles
- 3 cups of bok choy
- 2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chilli flakes (for flavouring and garnish)
- 1 cup green onion, finely chop (for garnish)
Start by washing your bok choy, and chop into quarters. Next, mix all your sauce and spice ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.
Boil the natural noodles until soft. Start cooking by using a saucepan on medium heat and pour the mixed ingredients of sauce and spice in. Next add the bok choy in and mix well. Reduce the heat slightly and add in the natural noodles.
Cook for another 5 minutes and your delicious sesame ginger noodle is finally done!
To make this dish even more special, we like to garnish it with some chilli flakes and green onion for some extra spiciness and taste.
