- 4 slices bread of your choice (we're using sourdough for today)
- 1 ripe avocado
- a cup of kimchi (roughly chopped)
- 2 teaspoon of kimchi sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion
- 1/2 cup tomato (diced)
- pinch of sea salt (for tasting)
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
Start by mixing and mashing the avocado together with the tomato and onion using a fork. Sprinkle some sea salt for seasoning.
Next, toast the bread of your choice on a toaster.
Spread the avocado on top of the toasted sourdough bread and add the kimchi on top.
